OUR IMMEDIATE NEED
Based on the new Government policy on the need for economic diversification and willingness to promote MSME’S, towards the economic development of Nigeria and sequel to the successful Machine-Test-Run of all our production lines at manufacturers factory, China: (SHANGHAI KUFA FOODS MACHINERY CO. LTD, SHANGHAI, and SHANTOU MINGSHENG MACHINERY CO. LTD.), with our raw materials used satisfactorily as test-proofs (finished products attached); therefore the need to take delivery of the Machinery and Consumables/Packaging materials thereto, as contained on the PROFORMA INVOICES, for use at our First factory at JOS, PLATEAU STATE, NIGERIA hereby arises.
To this end therefore, our constraint is meeting the cost of purchase of the equipment as listed on the PRO-FORMA INVOICES from Manufacturers (attached), valued in the sum of $1,116,892.00 (One Million, One Hundred and Sixteen Thousand and Eight Hundred and Ninety Two USD only) and meet logistics before it is freighted to us. The current exchange rate of (N360.00 Naira to 1 US DOLLAR) as at the time of submitting this Business Plan, sums the Naira equivalent to N402,081,120.00 (Four Hundred and Two Million, Eighty One Thousand, OneHundred and Twenty Naira only). This is not inclusive of Machinery which is needed for the Date Cubes production Line valued at $140,000 USD (attached).
The said Machinery will enable us complete NAFDAC pre-registration condition as required, meet TRADE MARK logistics, and to continue in the procurement and processing of raw materials for our full production by last quarter of 2019
However, to enable us meet the urgent off-takers/Distributors order effectively for our first year in production, coupled with our CASH FLOW PROJECTION and PROFIT & LOSS ACCOUNTS for the lines attached, we require $669,000 (Six Hundred and Sixty Nine Thousand USD Only), to start production, without the BISCUITS and FIBERMILK machinery, including custom clearing and logistics at factory.
OUR CASH DEPOSIT WITH THE CHINA MACHINERY/LOGISTICS COMPANY
We have deposited a total sum of $112,000.00 USD (One Hundred and Twelve Thousand USDOLLARS) with Shanghai KUFA Foods Machinery Company, which also doubles as our logistics company in China, for this transaction.
BISCUIT/DATE CUBES MOULD
We have procured Biscuit Moulds for both our CABIN BISCUIT (with Ginger and Honey) and the 50% EXTRA FIBRE BREAD BISCUIT and the DATE CUBES.
OUR PROPOSED STAFF STRENGTH (FOR 2nd QUARTER)
Our company is positioned to employ 360 Graduates and non-Graduates in our 2rd Quarter and by our 2nd year in production, we shall expand our production lines to enable us meet our second employment target of 3,200 personnel.

FACTORY-LINE-WORKERS are necessary to our business because they are the human engine of our production and company. They are the ones involve in real production: from blending and mixing, to packaging, weighing, sorting, coding, cartoning and warehousing.
Our factory-line-workers must be hardworking and patient employees that are focus, paying attention to details, ready to learn and execute responsibilities and tasks within allotted time frame, exhibit excellence and high work ethics.

In the Twelve (12) months after our commencement of operations, we shall have the services of at least 140 dynamic young men and women as staff, well-groomed to man Customized Kiosks installed in every major Fast Food joints, Malls, Events-Centre, and Mega-churches as a pilot scheme. They shall be designated as INFORMATION/SALES OFFICERS.
Their daily interaction with the general public, in creating awareness scoop through this segment, will engender an effective information/sensitization Network, to fast track our sales and prepare the ground for our SELL & GET RICH MARKETING PLAN
